Estimated Delivery Time

At Twinkle Eye Retails, we strive to deliver your orders as quickly as possible. Typically, we deliver items within 7 working days. However, the estimated delivery time may vary depending on the item, your location, and availability. While we aim to ensure timely delivery, unforeseen delays may occur due to factors beyond our control. If delivery cannot be completed within 10 days from the order date, we will notify you promptly.

With every order, you will receive an email confirmation containing order details. Once your item(s) are shipped, you will receive another email with the shipping details and tracking information.

As part of our commitment to excellence, we continuously assess our logistics partners to maintain high service standards. Certain areas may be temporarily excluded from our delivery zones. If delivery to your location is not supported, we will cancel the order and process a full refund, with prior notification.

Hidden Costs (Sales Tax, GST, etc.)

There are no additional taxes, hidden costs, or extra shipping charges. The price mentioned on the product page is the final all-inclusive price. What you see is what you pay, with all applicable taxes included.

Delivery Schedule

Our courier partners deliver shipments Monday to Saturday, between 9 AM and 7 PM. Please note that working days do not include public holidays or Sundays.

Delivery times may be affected by factors beyond our control, including delays caused by weather conditions, strikes, or unforeseen circumstances. We appreciate your patience and understanding in such cases.
